One of my bosses went there to see if a product could be manufactured for his company out there. He got in and out as quick as he could and said the thing that stood out the most was the smell. He said China had a particular smell which I imagine would be a combination of pollution and their pungent cooking. Another friend of mine worked in Hotel Management and she said that they always dreaded cleaning the rooms that the Chinese had used as they were always disgusting. For myself, I hate animal cruelty and let's face it, they are not the most humane of countries. They have a long history of using animal products in their medicines and treating animals cruelly to harvest them. Not just that, they are quite happy eating all manner of foods and the markets never look very hygienic either. I feel for all the people suffering there with the virus but there is a part of me that believes this has happened because of how they treat their animals. |

Now, one would have wonder why, when an enormous virus that has patents on it, and seems manmade, has just errupted roughly where the protests were, AND THERE ARE THREADS PUTTING DOWN CHINESE CULTURE OR CUSTOMS, ETC, AS IF ITS PROPAGANDA TIME. He is quite outspoken about stuff like this, including putting down their fresh meat markets in another thread, and it really makes me wonder IF HE WORKS FOR THE BIOTECH INDUSTRY. Anyway, he's right there to make sure everyone loses sympathy for Chinese right at this moment. And I for one don't think its a coincidence, the timing.
