The FOOD & EXERCISE IS A MYTH, unless we are existing in a VACUUM.

It is the ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNSEEN... nnEMF, non native Electro Magnetic Fields.

We are immersed in these & it is only getting worse.

Plus the blue light is interfering with our circadian cycle.

Wear red glasses at night. Do not eat after dark. Limit screen time of any kind.

Do not sleep with cell phone near your bed. Shut off wifi at night.

Use a free blue blocker on your cell phones & laptops.

Wear blue blocker glasses all the time.

Get up at sunrise, stay out in the sun at least 20 minutes exposing toenails, fingernails & face. Do the same near sunset. The ideal time is within 30 minutes of sunrise & sunset.

Eat clean with lots of grass fed meats & seafood. Drink filtered water.

Walk barefooted outside.

Alabama walmart all last December ...ive been here 4 years, had no idea it's this bad...young couples in their 20s both in scooters with piles of lard hanging off the sides...doritoes and mountain dew in their baskets...and guess who is footing the bill for all this junk food and their needed insulin shots afterwards following their hogdowns? The American hard working taxpayers ...cuz you know these fucking pigs are too goddamn fat to work. I witnessed 20 something men unable to walk except a few steps while waiting for scooters,and the women just as bad or worse. I literally wanted to vomit , these people were so disgusting.
