He envisions that a disease like COVID-19, if it spread widely, would have a major impact, including the possibility of cancelled surgeries and moving stable patients out of hospitals who would otherwise stay. |

" It's funny that in the letter the risk remains low and the bit about being asymptomatic. These health officials are behind the ball. People are shedding the virus with no symptoms. The risk will remain low until it isnt. |
