Where else is the funding for the Coronavirus research come from, we are about to hit spring(not much heating or cooling should be needed) as for the others you do realize that they have frivolous spending so they can get more funding for the following year. We don't know either way on how helpful these programs actually are because we don't get the briefings like the president would. So I'm also going to say that I'm 1000% certain that the president is given much more information about the current situation with everything going on than we could amass on the internet.
