Did Anyone Else Feel a Bit Light-Headed / Loopy Today (Fri, March 6)?

So I woke up this morning around 2 am for the call of nature. As I sat up in bed and swung my feet over the edge, I could tell I didn't feel quite right.

Not exactly dizzy, but a bit light-headed. I took my time before getting up and making my way to the bathroom. I didn't have any problems walking, but I still didn't feel quite right - like a bit unsure of myself.

I went back to bed and lying there still didn't feel quite right. So I got up and checked my blood pressure and pulse. hey were fine. Checked my blood sugar. It was fine as well.

So I decided to eat a little something (a banana and a nutrition bar) and watched a little TV while I let it digest. Then went back to bed and slept until a little after six.

When I got up, it wasn't as bad as during the night, but I still felt off. The feeling didn't really go away until sometime after Noon.

Since I didn't seem to have anything physically wrong with me, and I haven't been sick nor am I coming down with anything, I wondered if something else might be at play.

I've heard a lot about the changes to the earth's magnetic field. Can some people detect variations in that?

Did anyone else experience anything off today?

FYI, I live in upstate New York.
