Dow futures now up 350 points after a 2000 point drop today. It began dropping fro about +500 points after Trump's presser started this evening.

It allows corporations to basically have a tax-free labor pool that they, then, are compensated for by the government which they, then, roll into their profit margins and reward their investors. This does nothing to maintain the viability of businesses in the present economic environment.
