I wonder if tonic water with quinine would do any good. |

Because of the cost to periodically replace them, they tested them and 90% were good for many years past their "expiration". --less than 50%-- To save money on regularly replacing its drug stockpile, in 1985 the US Air Force asked the FDA to test some products. Since then, the FDA has found that 90% of over 100 prescription and over-the-counter drugs tested could be used safely past their expiration date, a Pentagon spokesman told the Associated Press, adding that the dates tended to be very conservative. Products were tested by either the manufacturer or the FDA, but always with agency supervision. When you are afraid of losing your life, you have already lost your life. Don't be afraid. |

ThirstyMarlin User ID: 78110098 United States 03/19/2020 10:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | 300 million people a year get infected with Malaria. Of that, about a half million will die, mostly in Africa. Anyone who travels to places like Africa or India takes Malaria medication, and it requires a pill a day, I know, I've taken it. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that Bayer would have that much in stock, and it is not old stock from Vietnam. If the Malaria medication works, they can probably crank up production and produce enough with some time. But, I just heard they do not expect to know if the Malaria medication will work until the data is collected and analyzed and that might be mid-July. On a bright note, if the medication does work, and you are prescribed it, it gives an almost hallucination type quality to dreams. You can just close your eyes, while still awake, and watch full color movies that are just wild. Most people I was traveling with enjoyed the medication, it was almost like low dose LSD. Marlin! |

FDA hasn't approved it or use with coronavirus and it has not been demonstrated to be safe and effective. 3 million tablets for 300 million citizens isn’t much. Even if only 3 million get corona requiring the drug that’s only one dose per person.
