The settings on your phone, that is what google is using.

Guys if you want to survive you have to be prepared. That's your last chance to be invisible. If not invisible then part of the new system. Quit everything that can localize you, your domicile, your phone contract, any invoice, be offgrid, grow your food. That's a minimum request if you want to survive what's comming.

If that's genuinely what they're doing, they need to put in a commercial like any other business is doing. Or, they could put their logo with the message in the corner of the screen. No need to be creepy about it.

Those IP scripts pull location from ISP servers, some ISPs give location for individual customers, don't believe me try an IP lookup on any WHOIS site. Your ISP maybe didn't update the data?
