This is obviously NOT the first time he strangled someone. I wonder how many people he got away with strangling to death before in his medical profession. Cranky patients can be very challenging.

What is marital/ relationship and child abuse history too. He is use to doing it and getting away with it when he is angry. Only this time he got caught.

Not to mention many anesthesiologist fall victim to substance abuse from easy access to coctail of drugs. Is this guy going through withdrawal from surgeries suddenly being cancelled. The other lady who was with the doctor was telling her to get up. The teen was being mouthy and defiant to the doctors girlfriend who is also a doctor.

And he strangles people that are cranky to him. Now his work place has to investigate suspicious deaths. He is clearly comfortable with strangling people. Yikes!
