They are considerably worse, but in the total scope of things probably don't really matter unless you are old. The economic angle, is totally fucked, and there will be no recovery for years, and for many it is not recoverable, forget about the virus, many many more people will die from starvation than the stupid virus. That doesn't even include the successive waves, which will kill more than this first. We are *fucked*. |
