I think all this mask and shutting down stuff is silly. If someone wants to wear a mask for any reason, fine. If a store requires something, like "No shirt, no shoes, no service", fine. This imbeciles on power trips trying to justify their existence is for the birds.

I will wear a mask when I go out (rarely now) because both my husband & I are high risk. I don't know if it will help, but I feel like it's worth a try if it might keep us from getting ill.

If an individual is outside, Do whatever. If that person is in a indoor public space, you might wanna put a mask on. However, I wouldn’t make it law, I would leave it up to the people owning the indoor, public space.
