OP's link is to a pirated copy posted to Google Docs and a clear copyright violation. The author is selling the book on Amazon.

I would not recommend downloading a copy, since it is illegal.

If you support her work, buy a copy from her.

someone actually put this up so to have a probable cause to search all the ip's that downloaded it, compare it with those ip's here as well, since it's from the known Agency that does such traps from time to time.
