The $600 federal "booster" (Pandemic Unemployment Compensation, or PUC) is in effect only to July 31st.

Your state unemployment agency finds out about your refusal to go back to work when you 1) certify your job search--most states require that you have to report your job search activity weekly or biweekly, which includes offers of employment, and your rejections thereof, to the unemployment agency. Or 2) when you reject your employer's return to work offer, some states are requiring the employer to report it.

Most states, you can't reject a job offer of "suitable" work. One's old job is suitable, because you were just doing it. You can't just sit around waiting for the perfect job, or more handouts. You have to go back to an offer of suitable work. Otherwise everyone would just sit on their rearends forever, right?

Claimants of unemployment who reject their old job to stay on the unemployment gravy train might find themselves out of a job, out of all unemployment because rejecting suitable work has now made them ineligible for unemployment, losing the $600 booster come 7/1/2020 which is pretty close upon us, and finally, being stuck with repaying benefits for the weeks before the agency catches up with their actions.

This all is going to be audited up and down the wing wang, so the state will figure it out, because the feds want their money back.

Refusing to put yourself in harms way is encouraged and approved in most states. Businesses choose to approve or contest claims. You should probably all figure this out so you can start accusing libtard companies of sabotaging the economy during the plandemic.
