Will CONTRACT TRACING Be Used to Prevent People From Voting??

So, assume that through the meta-database a political party preference can be determined and assigned to a cell phone number...not a stretch.

In counties which are heavily democrat or republican, there is seldom a major effort for VOTING FRAUD since the numbers are well known and well defined. Most political candidates don't waste their ad dollars in areas which are a lock.

The real battleground are a handful of states, and within those states a handful of counties. Often the vote differences are in the thousands, hundreds or even 10's.

The way those select cities and counties go determines the state's electoral college apportionment. That's how the race is won or lost.

With the granular data on polling precincts, it wouldn't be hard to have mini neighborhood epidemics. I would assume by election time the smartphone apps will be required to enter the polling place.
