So we now know Perry Floyd had covid 19 along with hypertensive heart disease and fentanyl in his system along with other meth amphetamines. Cops will never get murder charges no matter how much trial you do.

right dominant pattern. Cross sections of the vessels show
multifocal atherosclerosis, with 75% proximal and 75% mid
narrowing of the left anterior descending coronary artery; 75%
proximal narrowing of the 1st diagonal branch of the left
anterior descending coronary artery; 25% proximal narrowing of
the circumflex coronary artery; and 90% proximal narrowing of
the right coronary artery.

on the autopsy report:

"Incision and subcutaneous dissection of posterior and
lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, and buttocks
negative for occult trauma"

carotids are on either side of the adams apple, not the side of the neck.
The vertebral arteies which are on the sides of the neck are protected in the spine and are protected against external pressure.

The anterior neck is not the lateral neck and, incidentally, they are on both sided.
