I don’t do it often or more than a few seconds but wow my eyes feel amazing when I look at a welding flash/arc. Quoting: Steamer Its like my brain too feels extra good for a few seconds. Other than this being tardish behaviour, anybody else ever experience this? I have stared at the sun and don’t get this feeling. Have fun sleeping with potato slices on your eyes |

You know it will blind you by burning out your rods and cones, don't you? You're a fool. I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you. Slake Blake |

Why do you think most mentally handicapped people smile a majority of the time? |

Yes that's your body being flooded with endorphins because your body knows a very sensitive part is being damaged. Don't do it retard |

I have stared at the sun and don’t get this feeling. yesterday I was welding some steel rods inside a pipe, and my auto darkening mask glitches a few times and saw the full weld arc flash, didn't notice better eyesight after though. After 40 years of this you’d think I would of noticed. But I agree, is foolish. |
