I had salmonella too, not too many weeks ago.

I thought I had food poisoning but when it turned to bloody shits after 3 days I called the doctor.

When I managed to drag myself there (yes, with a diaper on) they MADE ME test for COVID even after I insisted it wasn’t that. They said diahrreah and fever were symptoms so they had to do it.

I needed help, so whatever. So when the stupid test comes back NEGATIVE is when they wanted a stool sample to treat my REAL problem.

It might be worth it to go thru the hoops to get treatment.
