GLP when you feel something coming on what do you take first? I have colloidal silver in a spray bottle, I exhale and then spray some in my throat while breathing it in. Big fan of oil of oregano. Trying olive leaf extract this year for the first time. For gut issues I love activated charcoal, and I've also discovered kombucha. Works like a charm! I get sick every November without fail, despite a solid supplement regimen and healthy diet. When the crud starts to hit, what do you grab first? Fast and don’t stress eat better. I’ve never taken medicine and my parents never vaccinated me. I’ve been sick two times in my entire life. Once with pneumonia which is caused by radiation look it up. And bronchitis which is bacteria infection. |

I guess I have a lousy immune system, I've had a lot of sickies over my lifetime. Last winter I had the covid pretty severely, managed to ride it out at home with lots of tumeric curcumin and mucinex Every year I'm looking for new things to try, to help me stay healthy. So far I've had a couple close calls but managed to knock it out before it could take hold. November is coming and I really don't want to be sick again! One thing I've changed is I take just very few basic supplements daily... last year I was taking 25 pills a day... cut most of them out, now certain things I take only when I feel like something's coming on, instead of daily... oil of oregano for instance Maybe I was taking too much and my system got used to it? |
