No. I've worked out most of my life. But I appreciate my health. I work out for the health benefits and mental well being, not for posing in front of a mirror.

Those kidneys and liver are really needed when you get older. They can handle a lot. But once they start on a down slope, it is hard to stop the momentum. One fails and the other fails with it. And no way to repair unless you, well I won’t give that advice. But be careful.
