This could be very cool maybe the moon has a black hole core or is alien to our solar system. |

[link to www.nasa.gov (secure)] Your link shows the safe zone between the inner & outer Van Allen Belt rings. This is a safe place for satellites to orbit the earth in, a region between the belts. It does not mention manned space flight through the belts. Did the Apollo missions depart the earth by escaping out from one of earth's poles? A standard polar orbit would not allow escape without going through the heart of the Van Allen belts. Would it need to be in a polar spiral flight path to do this? I'd like to see an Apollo orbital model that shows this. The models I've seen did not show this. “It is enough that the people know there was an election.
