Anyone who knows God knows that.

If the state persecutes you through ordering you to cover your face before God, you ignore the order; if the persecution escalates to threats of imprisonment, you leave the jurisdiction and worship with your face uncovered elsewhere. God will deal appropriately with those who tried to force you to cover your face.

You're wrong. Moses covered his face because the veil was not yet removed between God and his people, between the holy of holies and those outside that sacred space. Jesus' sacrifice on the cross paid the sin debt and allowed God's people to once again stand before him without a covering veil, as Adam did before the fall.

In citing Moses, you are referring to the Old Testament, but Christians are under the blood and sacrifice of Jesus in the New Testament.

There is no longer a covering veil between God and his people.

Christians stand before God with no covering on their faces, hiding nothing. The veil that symbolized the division between God and his people was torn apart with Jesus' sacrifice on the cross.

It is done. We no longer need to veil ourselves when we stand before God as his people. Face coverings do not belong on those who pledge their allegiance to God.

The tearing of the veil was symbolic of the ability for believers to approach GOD directly through prayer, instead of going to the Priest - it's more than that but for this discussion, it's about that. Not that we can gaze upon GOD directly.
Even the seraphim cover their face when in the presence of GOD. And Jesus isn't GOD.

The O.T. is still relevant when it comes to GOD. Jesus didn't nullify the O.T., he fulfilled it.

We are surrounded by those who lie purposely and by those who lie because they are ignorant of the Truth. God is Truth. Those who claim to know God need to get to know him better, if they think wearing a state-mandated face mask while worshiping him is his will.

You are to stand before God with your faces uplifted and uncovered, your conscience clear, and your heart joyful with his Spirit. These are the worshipers God seeks.

Jesus is our covering and cloak of righteousness.

None may approach God except through Him. Jesus sits at Gods right hand. He is our intercessor. Jesus is our veil.

Yes, we can now approach God directly, thanks to Jesus' sacrifice. Directly, as in nothing coming between us and God, most especially a symbol of state-mandated fear covering our faces. You talk about the symbolism of the veil of the temple; what could be more symbolic than the state-mandated mask of fear, that frames the wearer as either someone that others should fear or as someone who is himself fearful? As followers of Jesus, we know that we are to fear God and God only, and that is especially true when we worship God, when we stand fully in his presence. Why would we voluntarily wear a symbol of fear and state-mandated oppression on our faces, when we are to fear God and God only?

The veil of the temple was far more than symbolic, just as the mask of state-mandated fear is far more than symbolic. We are to come before God with our faces uncovered, hiding nothing. We can thank Jesus for that.

If you want to cover your face, that is your choice, but it is the wrong one, and it is never a good idea to teach the wrong way to others.

We go to God in Jesus' name. Jesus, in John, told us that we can go to God directly in his name, meaning as his follower. We don't pray to Jesus and then he petitions God for us; we pray to God directly, just was we worship God directly.

Read John 23-26.
"Whatsoever you shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.... At that day, ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you, fothe Father himself loveth you.... Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive...."

You are wrong to say that followers of Jesus have to go to Jesus to pray to God. Like Jesus, we can pray to him directly through God's Holy Spirit. This is how Jesus prayed, and this is how we pray, as his follower.

When you relegate Christians (that is, genuine born-again Spirit-filled believers) to having to go through Jesus as an intermediary, you nullify Jesus' sacrifice. How is having to go through Jesus to get to God any different than having to go through a priest?

We no longer have to go through Jesus, if we are genuinely his followers; we can stand directly before God and pray directly to God, like Jesus did, and like Jesus told us to do in John.

I went shopping yesterday in a local Yokes store.

I didn't wear a mask. I have not worn a mask since this whole shit show began, and I won't wear one now.

Everyone else in the store had a mask on, but no one said anything to me about me not wearing one except the kid at the front door.

He asked me if I would put a mask on, and I told him NO. I have exemptions, and I kept on walking.

One of my exemption is on religious grounds.

The other is for my personal choice on how to deal with my own health, which isn't up for debate, as I am a free individual.

Both are upheld by US law and Constitutional affirmation.

Right now we are at war and in all wars people die.

Usually it is the soldiers on the battlefield, who sacrifice themselves so others can live free.

In this war, it is the old, infirm and those with health complications that will die so we can remain free, rather than soldiers, even if unwilling. They need to take one for the team.

No one wants to die, but freedom isn't free, it takes sacrifice on someones behalf.

In Matthew, Jesus says that the angels of little children always behold the face of God; no mention of a face covering:

"Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven." Matthew 18:10

Yes, the Old Testament is still relevant, but the sin covering has been done away with. The promised kingdom has come. It is here and now. It came with Jesus.

If we are genuine followers of Jesus, then we stand shoulder to shoulder with Jesus before God, in Jesus' name. No more covering is required. Our souls have been cleansed (if we are born again) thanks to Jesus' sacrifice, so we can speak with God the way Adam spoke with him before the fall, and the way Jesus always spoke with him.

You can choose to cover your face, if you want to put yourself under the Old Testament state of guilt or modern-day mask mandates, but this is neither advisable nor required.

Note that Jesus, after rising from the dead, very deliberately took off the "napkin" that covered his face in the tomb, folded it, and laid it aside as a clear sign to his followers that the job he had come to do was done. Do not unfold that napkin and put it back on your face.
