When I first moved to Virginia back in the day I was allergic to something almost year round. Even when it snowed! That went on for about three years and I started researching into "health" stuff for my Dad.

Anyhoo - I started juicing and occasionally spraying some colloidal silver in my mouth (3 - 4 times/week).

Allergies went away totally. Now that was just for "seasonal" allergies like pollen, so not sure if it would do anything in your case. Plus you'd have to buy a juicer, but I recommend it.

I would juice in the morning and wait about 1/2 hour and then have a normal breakfast and eat normally the rest of the day. I never tried a juice fast but supposedly that's good for you.

Here's my go-to recipe:

3 celery stalks
2 large carrots
1 large apple (or two small)
Chunk of ginger (about the size of my thumb)
1 piece of garlic
1/2 habanero pepper
Occasionally I'll add:
Spoonful diatomaceous earth
Pinch of boron (Mule Team Borax)

OP, I feel for you - allergy sufferer here too - Oklahoma.
I've tried many supliments and teas, but the VERY BEST and effective thing for me has been the most simple and no side effects. Simply get a saline and baking soda nose spray ( very gentle on the sinuses ) and spray 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, until it runs out a little and blow you nose and do this as often as needed daily. Works better than a netty pot in my case.
Just wash those allgens away - literally.

Quercetin, also helps against covid

Mix a little baking soda with water. Stir. Drink.

Neutralizes weird shit my body makes when I'm reacting.

There is in fact a very simple way to get rid of most allergies. It also has the ability to neutralize any kind of poisonous/venomous bites(as long as it gives you a few minutes to start it, bites that incapacitate within seconds might be trouble).

It's all natural and so simple. I won't say as most here probably would not believe it and may think it's a troll, yet it's not.

Organic cider vinegar with the mother and decent local made honey.

One teaspoon honey, with one teaspoon to tablespoon of cider vinegar. Add boiled warm water to dilute to a cup full.

Honey is anti-bacterial and will cure or limit your hey-fever.

Good cider vinegar will help balance PH and alleviate certain forms of arthritis.

Eat local bee pollen. This helps I've heard.

They sell bottles at health food stores.

Mullein

Cheap and effective for symptoms but won't help with the causes.

I too am allergic to almost everything! Severely allergic to Dairy,(like end up in the ER if I have a sip of milk allergic) including eggs, gluten, almost all grasses, pine trees, sage, any animal with fur, feathers, penicillin, morphine, sulfa drugs, novicane and lidocane, eggplant, onion, garlic, the list goes on. I've also been struggling off and on this past year with breathing too. A few years ago I eliminated wheat, dairy (including eggs) sugar, caffeine and salt from my diet for about 6 months. It was a bitch! It did re-set my body though. I was able to add some of the foods I react to back into my diet slowly without problems. Also, fasting is good for you. It helps your body heal. I've done intermittent fasting and feel great after. Someone mentioned getting an over the counter inhaler - DON'T do that! As a lifelong sufferer of sometimes severe asthma (ending up in the ER at times) that will make your breathing much worse long term. Those things are not good for you!

You have reminded me that I need to clean up my eating too. Good luck, sometimes what we have to do is difficult. It sucks. I wish I could eat like a "normal" person. I just wasn't born that way. We're in this together if you want someone to lean on when you feel like saying #*ck it, I want pizza!

Do some research on Manuka Honey... it has many purported benefits including antibacterial properties...best of luck to you!

Manuka honey is the product of the New Zealand scrub plant that gives it its name. European honey bees introduced it to the NZ area in the early 19th century or so..... When the bees pollinate from this specific plant, their honey is much more “potent” than your typical OTC honey....because it has a higher concentration of methylglyoxal (MGO).

There was another thread where we were talking about whipped cream. There are coconut varieties of reddi whip but you can also make your own with coconut cream or canned coconut milk. Recipes are easy to find online.

You can make your own almond milk or cashew milk too (both are delicious BTW). No chemicals or stabilizers and not watered down like the stuff in the stores.

Some people have problems with fish oil & if you DO buy it you want to make sure it doesn't come from GMO salmon.

I think there are vegan forms of Essential Fatty Acids coming from flax seed & such.

Oh yeah, the coffee thing. there are substitutes for coffee:

1.Eat for your blood type. The "poison" foods cause inflammation in your blood. Of course you need to know your blood type. I am B+. Type B should never eat chicken and should avoid things like tomatoes, sesame seeds, black pepper, coconut and more. Before even reading about the blood type diet I was keenly aware that chicken and tomatoes caused my nose to swell shut and some hot peppers gave my asthma symptoms, so reading the poison food list was a relief that I am not crazy.

That was 10 years ago. She warned me they may return if I get stressed. They are very mild now. I have an indoor dog and 2 indoor cats and they rarely cause me any issues.

4. I take liposomal vitamin C capsules every day.

Try vitamins C & D to build the immune system.

Allergies are not diseases... you can't cure them but you can avoid eating what causes your immune system to react. Big pharma is trying to suppress your immune system to avoid allergies, not a good idea. Simply stop eating toxic(according to your immune system) foods.

I bought Manuka honey gummies because it is suppose to be good for the immune system. I am allergic to them, likely because of the pollen used by the bees. They swell my nose shut for hours.
