Para, continuing to send love and prayers for both Woody and you.

I have a while bag of apples I was thinking of frying up.

I was also thinking of an also salt bath! Did checked my magnesium last night. I'm going to go look and see what it was first. I've got icy hot and a heating pad.

I made us egg and cheddar bagels. Easy and hopefully he can keep the eggs down at least.

No magnesium bath, I was only.1 away from too high. I did however remember Woody had a massage gun. It's charging now.

I'm eating leftover beef with a little cheddar on my sandwich. I meant to put the Heinz on it, but the cheese had already melted. I decided dipping would be less messy.

Woody is feeling a little better, but he's still eating a can of soup. Tomorrow he said wants spaghetti and bread sticks.

Yeah, we cancelled dinner at our daughter's tomorrow and our son's on Sunday. It's bad when it's cutting into our busy lives.

As long as I'm sitting. As soon as I stand and bend for some thing it's back. wait no pun intended. I've just been sitting on my heating pad. I hope it goes away soon. We can't both have back problems.

Ohmygosh Para. I sure hope both of you are feeling better soon! I see Norovirus is working it's way down the East Coast. Wish I lived closer..I'd come mop your floor and do your laundry and cook a couple meals that were good for you even with your restrictions.



We had ribs and mac and cheese and sweet potato fries tonite. And started with salads. I bought one of those racks of Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Ribs and made the sides. We split is 3 ways and it was awesome.

My dinner tonight was boring out of mine own laziness. Woody made himself some panko coated shrimp. I made bread sticks and a few rigatoni with parmesan. I ended up putting half away. I have zucchini bread for snack.

Woody feels better today so I'll be making dinner tonogt. He had asked for hamburger gravy.

I'm going to fry up some zucchini I had in the freezer because the adult in me says I have had any veggies all week.

Taco night here. I just had a can of pintos that weren't very soft. I cooked them for about an hour. Then they were perfect for refried.

We got a bag of taco meat maybe made for a restaurant. It's good though!

We went to my daughter's house for dinner. Woody asked for her to make shrimp Alfredo. so I made noodles with Olive with garlic, broccoli and a piece of bread.

I made a slow cooked beef quasi-curry. Not sure what to call it for 'burrito Tuesday', somehow just doesn't sound the same as Taco Tuesday!
