In EO 13818 Donald Trump has declared a national emergency which allowed him to use military forces, etc and it has never been rescinded. Why is this important? It is important because the military got activated (DIA) and did in fact take control of our government to make sure that a belligerent government doesn't come to power. And if the military determines that we are now occupied by a belligerent government that came to power illegally, they can invoke 11.3.

DNI and Ombudsman said there was interference. The military might have their own proof of fraud as well, obtained by the Defense Intelligence Agency. If they do, then they can also put a stop to the belligerent government. See 11.3 in the DoD

Once congress gets together the military then rounds them all up with Joe biden! It is under military code 11.3 alows the military to take control if an illegitimate president is sworn in.
