They wear masks in the street down there, Shelford? If that’s what we’re reporting, in coastal Alabama, it’s close to zero, and I only say “close” because I think I may have seen a couple people from Michigan wearing them on the beach a few weeks ago.

After watching this for a year, I think it’s safe to say It’s safe to walk the streets unmasked, and I say that as a guy who took this seriously well before any government told me I had to put one on and back when Pelosi was partying in Chinatown and calling me a Nazi for saying that probably wasn’t such a good idea when we had a novel virus we knew nothing about, and the official line was the only time you need one is if you’re already sick. After exhausting my stash of N95 masks I bought for Ebola seven years ago, though, and knowing it’s far less dangerous to healthy people, I just put on a fishing gater now when required to cover my face by a business.
