These were national elections. The states violated their own laws to achieve a desired result. Seems Trump's last 2 scotus picks were bad choices.

We can play semantics all day but that bowl of brown stuff you are eyeing while licking your lips in anticipation is not pudding. Just sayin. there are no semantics. SCOTUS has No Jurisdiction. One State has No Jurisdiction over another State and is in no position to determine the legality of its elections. Quite true and straight forward and unambiguous. You mean these United sovereign States? Sovereignty does not imply that 6 states can disregard their own Constitution at the peril of the other 44 states that chose to adhere to the law. The states were expected to act in union, which they did not. The scotus is more concerned with appeasing the City of London, the Vatican, and Brussels than performing their domestic duties.
