I plead not guilty, was threatened with 3-5 years if I plead not guilty. I maintained my innocence trial has taken two years of my life away now. Won't know whats happening to me for a few more months.

This is true and PRECISELY why domestic violence SHOULD be made legal. This is exactly what Russia did: Russia decriminalized domestic violence. Of course it was the communists and their "equality" and "feminism" that introduced domestic violence laws. People don't realize that "domestic violence" was invented by communists.

Why should it be made legal? Because the fact that something like domestic violence is made legal is what prevents females from being violent against men in the first place. Because they know if they are violent against a man, that man will smack her so hard she'll go through the damn wall. That alone keeps females in line. And most men simply would never initiate violence against females anyhow. So by legalizing domestic violence, it actually reduces domestic violence. Because then, females will think twice before disrespecting a man and in turn violence is never carried out either way. But in America, females know a guy can be arrested and slapped with a protective order for pretty much no reason AND she feels confident that she can enact violence against a guy and the state will enable her to win in committing that violent act.

Legalize domestic violence like Russia did. Russia is an up and coming Christian nation once again.

True. Can't believe a first wife of mine knocked a roast beef sandwich plate on the floor I had just made in front me. She was angry about something but to attack my sandwich? She also later took my video camera and headed toward the garbage chute in a 30 story apt. building saying she's going to throw it down there. Funny how those memories surface when you talk about guys being abused. Haven't thought about that in years.

Another time she made me leave the apt. that we had both our names on the lease for because her sister wanted her to stay with her and she didn't want her sister to know that we were living together. So I rented an extra room at a student's residence down the street and ate pizze by the slice for a several months while her sister lived with her while going to teacher's college next to the pizza joint.
