Since Jan 1 gasoline went up ~C$0.25 per US gallon in Alberta where we produce oil that is landlocked and never realizes full WTI pricing.
If supply/demand made sense and because we are not driving anywhere then our gasoline pricing should be going down.

I get by on 20$ worth of gas every two weeks ... just enough to get to work and back ...

Ditto... But I drive a Volt. The winter is the only time I burn gas. In the spring and summer I can make it in on battery, and they let me charge at work so it's a free ride home. I plug it in and charge it from empty 24 days out of the month for $40 on the electric bill. Not bad for 1600 miles of travel.

Gas prices in New Jersey have been climbing since that joke was inaugurated back in January. Was around 2.10 a gallon back in Nov/Dec, now is is up to 2.85 a gallon, a ten cent jump since just yesterday.

I want to thank all of the dumbasses who voted for him, and believe me, as a resident of blue state New Jersey, I know reams of idiots who did exactly this.
