If immigrants (think Hispanics or Indians) can come to the US and be successful by the second generation, one might logically think that blacks Could have been able to get their shit together in the SIX GENERATIONS since slavery ended. Not buying Your argument. Their decisions should reflect on THEM, not anyone else. Due to quotas and extra funding, they have had more access than any other group to education, training, jobs, even housing and now farming. They need to get off their asses and make something of themselves.

Here is a little documentary of all black cities in the 1920’s, they were very civilized and well on their way , and it was this way until about 1970’s, then something happened?
