8.5 months nephew was 104 over the weekend. Mom and Dad had covid.

Fine now. Don't worry, kids can go higher than adults.

Get flannel on forehead preferably with ice cold water on flannel.

Use the cold wet flannel in forehead and just manage it, stay calm it's what the body is meant to do. It cooks the virus

Fill sink with cold water/cubes and drop her in right now!

She'll cry but it will break the fever.

No ice bath. That will drive a fever higher. Tepid to warm is better.

Keep the head cool with a damp washcloth. That is what I always did for my babies. Babies can take high fevers.

A fever is the immune system at work. The fever is ATTACKING AND BURNING some pathogen is threatening the baby. Don't douse the fire. Let it do it's thing. It an intentional reaction of the immune system.
