Tinnitus for years...Tried zinc supplements...Gone, and has been gone for 4 days in a row so far

How many milligrams of zinc per dose are you taking? And how many doses per day?

Local store brand, nothing special.

It says one a day 15mg. I take 2 each day. Tinnitus has stopped before, but only for an hour or so. Now, absolutely nothing

Stopped after just 2 days of taking them...Hope it works for other sufferers

Interesting. My mom suffered from tinnitus for years. She's deceased since 2004. Wish I had known about zinc!

I’ve had it for years and it can wear you down but you just try and get use to it. One thing I can tell you is it’s going to be a beautiful day when I fly out of this meat suit and it instantly stops:)

Dose: After 2 months of treatment (zinc 50 mg daily to zinc group, placebo pill containing starch to placebo group), all of the tests were performed again.

Results: Clinically favorable progress was detected in 46.4% of patients given zinc. Although this decrease was not statistically significant, the severity of subjective tinnitus decreased in 82% of the patients receiving zinc. The mean of subjective tinnitus decreased from 5.25 +/- 1.08 to 2.82 +/- 1.81 ( < 0.001). However, the decrease in severity of the tinnitus was not significant in patients receiving placebo.

Conclusion: It can be concluded that patients with tinnitus may have low blood zinc levels (31%) and clinical and subjective improvement can be achieved by oral zinc medication. However, it remains to be seen whether the longer duration of treatment has more significant results.

Was it a 5/6kHz constant sharp noise?
Pulsatile one?
More like a white noise?

I have had severe tinnitus all my life.

About a year ago, it decreased more and more,
until nearly gone.

I thought it was my hearing loss increasing,
affecting the tinnitus somehow. I was grateful.

The tinnitus has slowly been returning the last few months,
and it is back full on (my old normal).

Thanks to this thread, I now understand.

Early on in the RONA Plandemic scamdemic, I began
supplementing with Quercitin and ZINC.

After a few months, I quit.

I see now that the Zinc supplementation cured my lifelong
tinnitus. When I quit, it returned.

I just took some zinc, and expect I will never stop again.

Can confirm from experience. Zinc works for tinnitus, it’s also a mans best friend when it comes to boosting testosterone.

Years ago I had tinnitus and Rin
g Stop got rid of it.

Soils world over are deficient in zinc, meaning our food is deficient in zinc. When you fix nutritional deficiencies your body can start to heal itself. You should get blood and hair tests to determine your levels though, too much is just as bad as too little.

whoah.. so zinc kills the implants..

That is so great! I have been using a children's sublingual lozenge because of the low dose 5 mg. Seems less likely to upset stomach than higher dose. And I can just take it more often, instead of all at once.

Another thing zinc can do is restore sense of smell.

Just don’t over do the zinc

Thank you so much. My ringing comes and goes and is always just one ear for 30 seconds or so. I think it is blood pressure related as it happens when I get upset but I will try the zinc.
