it should be mandatory birth control in 3rd world nations

It's not a bad thing, it's a good thing. The whole of the world has stabilised their populations except for Africa where the population is exploding. It expected to quadruple over this century with accompanied famines and wars. By improving healthcare, educating girls and improving the status of women in African societies there is a chance of avoiding some of that suffering because those policies help to reduce birth rates and improve quality of life for everyone, just as has happened in the west since the start of the industrial revolution 200 years ago.

Perhaps there has been a change of management.

3rd world,, 2nd world.. 1st world - do all three together

and get rid of all the oldies as well
