Bell. He also differentiated with that and the Jacobson one in 1905 that had some science behind it.

The Buck Vs. Bell is the one the Nazi's used. And its the one the recent bad ruling for a University literally used, the lawyers used this evil and overturned already ruling as if its still applicable.
