This would seem to me a much less messy way to ensure American might is toppled - by slashing their financial clout by 2/3rds - turning it in a very short space of time into a second-tier nation. Certainly it would leave the Chinese in a very, VERY nice spot. What if it's as simple as a split and only some states with a 99m population remain what was once the federal government? |
