The FBI has warned the public that buying, selling, or using a counterfeit COVID-19 vaccination card is a crime, and violators face a fine and up to five years in prison.

The blank cards, mimicking official ones supplied by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, were confiscated in Memphis, Tennessee, between Aug. 4 and Aug. 10 after being sent from Shenzhen, China, Customs spokesperson Matthew Dyman said.

The agency has begun to see an increase in fake COVID vaccination cards. On Aug. 10, Memphis Customs officers seized another 13 shipments headed to other states, including Alabama, New York, South Carolina, New Jersey and Tennessee, Dyman said.

The crime of treason does not require a declaration of war. It Constitution states

If we rightly consider China to be an enemy, then giving China aid and comfort with CCP's nefarious fake vaccinate card plot could be considering treason. I doubt that would apply just an individual who is caught using one, but it could be to the local distributor who is in Memphis in this case. That distributor is likely Chicom.

If this is really the medical equivalent of “falsifying documents”, then anyone requiring you to produce a ‘real’ one to go about your daily business is breaking numerous federal laws.
