New Zealand. Thiel has said for years that his bug out spot is NZ, and he has property and preps there. Quite a few tech billionaires have said similar things.

They never say exactly what it is they will be escaping from, but for some reason New Zealand will keep them safe from whatever it is. Most likely the actually dangerous virus they plan to release next (or whatever they released as a part of the vaccines).

This is why NZ is the most tyrannical. They need to have the absolute control grid in place by the time the billionaires move there, so that they can be kept safe.
