Well if you "have" to pretend to rescue people and move them into your formerly "secret" DUMBs, you'd want to make sure they are trackable everywhere they go.

EDIT: That said, I think the plan is just tracking/tracing/control/monitor so they can use us as play things and not that there is any real "threat" they are aware of.

yup, happened to someone around the time jan 6th thing happened. he kept posting that trump would be back and Q stuff and he lost all credit. he predicted one thing right and people believed him, then wasn't right about anything else.
