Everyone, we just spent an enormous amount of your money on medicine that the seller says is the best. So we bought it for everyone!

Everyone, you must take this medicine or you are a grandmother murderer!

Everyone, if you don't take the medicine, you will be an outcast from society!

Everyone, we will give you a burger and fries if you get the medicine!

Everyone, we will enter you into a lottery for $1 million dollars if you take the medicine!

Everyone, it seems those who got the medicine needs to get more medicine because the medicine doesn't work as well as the seller said, so we are going to spend more of your money and buy more!
