As far as him going rogue in anything else, there is zero chance, he has dementia and it has already progressed to the point he relies on his wife and his handlers to vet and verify every move.

The only way he could really go rogue is if his brain just snaps at a press conference and then they will just amendment 25 him.

You have to realize this is a very very disturbed man.
