Biometric clock ins have been around for over a decade. 2007 I got my first one done. Hated it, rarely worked and often logged someone else in.

at a certain point, once the global ID2020 infrastructure is in place across the globe and they can then identify anyone, anywhere in real-time, they will say "your phone isn't secure enough to be the device anymore because anyone can register their finger on it...so your going to need a biometric marker on your skin or a chip so we know it's really you.
