Quebec removing all restrictions Mar 14 EXCEPT the one with no proven benefit - Vax Passport

So vaxxed people - equally susceptible to infection and transmmission - can soon go anywhere and gather in large crowds without restrictions.

But the 10% unvaxxed cannot despite ZERO science to show the effectiveness of the measure.

BTW: the government still plan to require a booster shot to keep the passport valid......(that should tell you something about why the paassport is staying).
