If tptb needed military control over the food/goods/trade to make their "great reset" possible (similar to how you see the national guard being deployed into the hospitals), and it obviously needed to be done in a non-suspicious matter, what better way than to use the truckers to further along the manufactured shortages?

Now that these "freedom convoys" are planned to be happening globally, who will be left to deliver your goods? They will let it build up, prices will soar ever higher, food will become overwhelmingly scarce, and people will quite literally start begging their governments for intervention. The truckers will be labeled "domestic terrorists" and will provide the path for the military to take over control of the food supply.
