Never will. The pro abortion crowd was already logically inconsistent for the last 2 years as they were pushing for forced V while screaming my body my choice. They are totally cool with contradicting themselves in the same breath

Abortion involves a conflict of rights, between the mother, the child, the father. Forced Vaccination does not.

Further, its not like the court needs to be consistent. Look at the ACA decision. A penalty is a tax, except when its not. The argument was so absurd could have aired as a Monty Python sketch. They could just as easily say Vax mandates are constitutional while maintaining Row V Wade.

This is more about causing more violence, motivating the leftist base to vote in an environment of abject policy failures for Democrats, and building politcal support to pack the court.
