The pro abortion crowd was already logically inconsistent for the last 2 years as they were pushing for forced V while screaming my body my choice. They are totally cool with contradicting themselves in the same breath |

Far more to do with removing inconsistencies when trying to institute forced vaccinations. Really hard to mandate vaccines when the my body, my choice argument is still in the game. Quoting: Johnny Lawrence The two are unrelated to any rational person. Rights end where the rights of others begin Abortion involves a conflict of rights, between the mother, the child, the father. Forced Vaccination does not. Further, its not like the court needs to be consistent. Look at the ACA decision. A penalty is a tax, except when its not. The argument was so absurd could have aired as a Monty Python sketch. They could just as easily say Vax mandates are constitutional while maintaining Row V Wade. This is more about causing more violence, motivating the leftist base to vote in an environment of abject policy failures for Democrats, and building politcal support to pack the court. |
