Ukraine has crossed the Russian border in force in the Belgorod Oblast.

Big developing story tonight, lots of noise from both sides of the border though still very unclear on the scale or goals of the incursion, but it looks like they've crossed in two places; elements of the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade have entered the village of Murom, population 1,500, and further to the west the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade are approaching the village of Oktyabrsky, pop. 7,500, perhaps to cut the M-2 highway and rail line from Belgorod.
