Out here in the ozarks the only problem we will have is rationing ammo for poachers. |

I bought last year and never paid anywhere near that cost, buy in smaller towns and look for a fixer and you can find deals under $300,000 and no it's not a shit hole. I paid $235,000 cash for a fixer 3 bed 2 bath home with a 1200 sq foot commercial shop on 10,000 sq foot lot in town. And no its not a shithole Idaho town and its 85 percent white with lots of food grown all around here and lots of clean fresh water. There is still some good deals you just need to Not buy in the popular areas. |

What I am trying to say is buy now out of the city before the hoards cash out at last minute and buy everything in sight. I disagree. People in the city will be better off in the city. Multiple ways to get around in a city. Grocery stores are IN THE CITY. The people who will be taken care of first by the .gov will be the city folk by the .gov bread lines! When gas is GONE or out of peoples price range, they can't get to work or even to the store for staples or the local bread line if they live 20 miles from town! And don't think they can come live off the land. Takes years of prep for that and good weather and knowing some basic canning and prepping skills and even that stuff takes supplies that are not easily obtained! Remember the canning lid shortage? It's been years and I've yet to even get a dozen apples from my apple tree! The land doesn't grow most root veggies either which are good for storing. Game isn't as abundant as people think either. Once the shooting starts (and there are plenty of rural folk already who will outnumber the game) the game disappears. |

They wont have to buy. The federal government will pass the surface rights act that allows anything over one acre of land that doesn't contain a livable dwelling to be used as a homestead of a traveling dweller. They will just pitch a tent and park on your property and you wont be able to do shit about it. Because every American has the right to life , liberty and happiness and the federal government isnt seizing land under your stewardship it will be constitutional. If the steward wants to keep the land of one acre being occupied by a dweller they will have to pay a yearly retrieval fee or grant to dweller the rights to the property. If a retrieval fee is paid the dweller can be removed after 5 years of use. Last Edited by messagehalted on 06/04/2022 05:04 AM All my post are theatrical artistic writing . |
