My dentist recommended that to me a while backed , but he said 3 to 5 % hydrogen peroxide, the rest water.

if you gargle 5% hydrogen peroxide you're going to get burns.

put 5% on your finger and watch.

after using peroxide as a mouth wash for many years, i'd say 2% is your maximum.

but at the expense of your tooth enamel.

This is actual good sound medical advice.

It has been shown that Omnicon starts as a sore throat in many cases. Flushing it helps keep it from progressing into the lungs.
