Most pizzas are spread on lard. 2lbs of lard went into our spaghetti sauce.

Did you know that in Austria lard is considered gormet and they have 3 different grades. They even spread it on dark bread like butter. The salt it and sprinkle on green onion. It actually tastes quite good. Its called schmalz brot. They also never throw away trims of pork fat. Instead they save it all roll it in little pieces with bread crumbs deep fry it add a bit of salt and its delicious cremelin.

Sadly most pork is now fed GMO Soy. I would still prefer that to Veggie Oils, but it is nearly as bad.

The worst is using vegetable oil. Plus, they keep the burned shit using again and again.
I don't think any restaurants use fresh Olive oil for every meal, high end or not, Mexican or not. Cook at home!

I eat at Rosa’s Cafe probably 6-7 times a week. God bless Mexican food.

They only put it in the refried beans. This is standard; even the refried beans in a can at walmart.

It tastes a lot better and is the reason slim latinas end up fatasses when they reach their thirties.

I use melted butter instead of lard for my frijoles refritos.

I’m 60 years old. I never use trans fats. My latest Doppler showed I have arteries of a healthy 30 year old.

Lard is a superior fat. It is tasteless and makes the food you fry with it nice and crispy.
