I don't celebrate Jesus' birth, of which no certain day can be attributed to given the evidence in scripture.

Hebrews 7

I celebrate His death and Resurrection, which was the whole point of His purpose for even being here in the flesh to begin with.

His sacrifice for all of humanity is the focus, not his childhood, of which very little is shared or known before He began speaking in the temple and met John the Baptist in the river.

Christmas is just another pagan holiday that takes the focal point off of this true purpose and instead places it on a very shallow and entirely mundane principle that God and Jesus entirely transcend.
