At some point it will seem like a lot of them are dying when it is just old age collecting them 'as a group'. That being said, the charge associated with giving somebody 'vapors' that kills them, or leads to them killing somebody, is 'gross criminal negligence causing death'. It is much more serious so there is no 'slap on the writs' punishment that can be applied. |
