if its a stable coin it shouldnt go up/down and therefor wouldnt make profits?

well .. I just want to know . this is a low profile stable coin

the worst thing that could happen to it is losing its peg.
one could open a short for it and in case it ever drops one could make money off of it.

but it being from venezuela, i personally wouldnt use it as my stable coin.

If you have some mad money it could be excellent but mostly likely you would lose it all. High risk high gain.
